Flood Restoration Process
- Stop the water flow and attend to the flood cause.
- Extract all excess water and provide air moving equipment to dry the affected area.
- Daily checks are provided to reassess the condition of carpets and their drying pattern. Drying equipment is redistributed as necessary.
- When carpets are dry, moisture tests are undertaken.
- To ensure mould prevention, application of antimicrobial agents are applied.
- In exceptional circumstances, if carpets and underlay require removal, we can refit the carpet, as per its original state.
