Pet Stain Removal Cleaning

We all love our pets, but we hate it when they have an accident on our carpets and when we do find the stain, most of the time it has set and caused a nasty stain and odour.

We use a four (4) stage system to treat these stains and has proven to be successful 90% of the time and the process is as follows:

If odour still persists a different approach to treat the problem will be taken and our technician will discuss it with you.

Note: Not all pet stains are removed by the process outlined above and may require a different stain removal process.

1- Pre-inspection.
2- Steam clean the affected area.
3- Treat the stain
4- Chemically extract the stain.
5- Re-treat the stain.
6- Deodorise the affected area.

Jon came out and cleaned our lounge suites and really dirty clay coloured carpets (we live in bush Yallingup). The communication and overall service was outstanding! After calling to get lots of quotes to remove some stains from our carpet, Jon was not only the cheapest and most informative but also the friendliest. Even though he had a busy schedule he still made time to come the very next day then did a follow up treatment the next week, free of charge (very punctual both times).Also providing excellent communication throughout the whole process. I couldn't be more satisfied with Jon's service. He was super friendly and responsive from the first time I contacted him, and a couple of times until we finally found a time to book in his service. I provided some photos of my furniture, and Jon was happy to provide a quote too. Jon's experience and professional work was evident on his arrival. He did a thorough and comprehensive cleaning of my sofa and mattresses, taking into account my concerns! I can literally sleep at peace on my 2nd hand mattress and sofa bed that feel like new now!
